After an extensive career in the corporate world, I discovered that massage was more suited to the way I wanted to work. I’ve been a massage therapist for 10 years now and I am passionate about massage therapy as a part of a healthy lifestyle. 

My work experience has allowed me to work with people who are very serious about their work and sport, and some not so serious. I have worked private clients and in clinics such as gyms, and natural therapies clinics. I have also supervised students during their clinic hours.

I am registered with the major health funds, so you may be able to get a part rebate on your insurance. It will depend on your level of cover. Massage therapy has been used for centuries as a simple and effective tool in the search for good health.  With our modern lifestyle, massage is still used to relax weary bodies and relieve the symptoms of  stress.  Athletes (and the not so athletic) incorporate  massage in their routine to ease aching muscles, or as part of recovery from injury. It can simply be used to unwind after a busy week.
